Sezied motor

My buddy dropped his 2007 gas gas ec 200 in a deep puddle got water in the engine and its now seized hes giving me the bike and I want to rebuild it. motor is out and top end off crank bearings seized up from the water. The trasmission spins nicely but worried abt for it was sitting for almost a year apart in a storage shed when dirt and stuff could get in I would like to replace all the bearings found crank bearings but cant find any transmission bearings. Im in the usa if that limits parts

The transmission bearings are all standard ones. I guess most of the old ones will have markings on the side. Take them to a bearing shop and buy some SKF, FAG or other reputable brand bearings.
