Hi all

Im hoping to get a set of sidi crossfire srs boots , problem is my size wont be in stock for a couple of weeks and the ankle has fallen apart on my boots so dont really want to wait too long , how durable are the soles on the non srs crossfire boots and how is the fit of the boots for thier size .
I really like the white boots but picked the black and white thinking they wll look better for longer , what do you guys think .... Or would you think the white boots would look good for years to come .

I bought some Thor boots because they were cheap. They are white and have stood up to everything I have given them. Riding, jet washing inside and out. IMHO White boots will look good with a little TLC, which mine don't get. Cleaning boots is up there with cleaning and oiling air filters (I would rather just buy a new preoiled one) White = no problem.

The SRS version is small, and narrow for it's size - the old, toe iron style fits more true to size, and is quite normal width wise (not narrow, not wide).

Are they hard on the sides of bikes? I'm interested in whether or not they scuff more or less than say Alpinestars or Gaernes.

They scuffed my KTM up worse than other boots, but I've been wearing over the boot pants since I bought the GG so it's a non issue now.

Cheers guys i decided on the srs in white , a size larger than i normally wear as my feet are quite wide , rather a little bigger than too small:D

they are great boots but they tear up the side of the bike & the side of the bike wears out the little hinge/snap ring assembly on the boots. they fit true to size, for me anyway, & they DO NOT stretch.

Quite a few people on the net have said the srs is a smaller fit than the regular crossfire , i also have wide feet

I purchased a pair of Crossfire TA's earlier in the season. I find that they are a narrow boot compared to other boots, works great for me. i also like that the foot is much less volume height wise compared to other boots which is nice for shifting. I have several rides and boots show no wear at all on the soles from the kickstarter or footpegs and I have the raptor titanium pegs.

Well that is good to know, next time I was going to save a few bucks & get the non-replaceable sole, I wear out the uppers long before I do the sole. I would not have thought they'd be any different; I'll have to make sure to check the fit.

Diggs are u getting them from dirt bike bitz for ?199? I just got the normal sole boot delivered yesterday. I heard they ran narrow so I got a size bigger, still snug width wise but very nice and comfy. I am a uk 10 and I ordered eu45.
