silencer rubber grommets

I have a FMF Q Stealth on my 2000 EC300 (has 2011 backend) i fitted the FMF about a month ago with new rubbers but they have worn out already, the rubbers were OEM GasGas from the dealer i got the silencer from, are there uprated type of rubbers i could by or polyurethane version available
