Spark plug colour /jetting help

Recently fitted some boyosen carbon reeds and took my plug out to find this
Is this to lean ?

Needle clip- second position from top
main jet 178

from memory that is my jetting I'm gonna put the needle clip down one to richen It up abit what main jet size do I need ?

bike is a supermoto so is usually between 1/2 and full throttle all the time runs perfect throughout the whole rev range , sounds abit like a 4 stroke if I'm low in revs and go wide open tho

Am going to try a 185 main not sure weather to drop the needle clip down one or 2 notches can anyone give me a opinion if this would be enough ?

I would drop clip 2 notches and up the MJ, do a few runs from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle 3rd gear. If it has a rich bog then raisethe clip and try again. I find it easier to jet rich to start and lean it off till the rich bog clears.
For the MJ do a full throttle plug chop
