Spooge is less about the oil and more about combustion.
2 strokes run oil in the petrol. No news there. If there is incomplete combustion then the unburnt gas exits the pipe.
So if the jetting is fat then you can't avoid incomplete combustion.
But wait! Part of what makes 2 strokes the ecological disaster they are, is that out of powerband, the awesome effect of the waves in the pipe are actually promoting extraction of gas out of the cylinder before the exhaust port closes and that is lost too.
A big docile 300 is plodded along out of main power much of the time. (Also using the needle which is universally badly chosen N1EF so pay attention there).
But if you were out on fast tracks, it would be in more efficient power all the time, or most at least.
I do agree re head as the gas in squish area does not burn. But get the jetting right and you will reduce down to fairly minimal. Then practice your wheelies. Don't forget to cover the rear brake.
