Starting reley black wire number 3

where this wire go does enyone know?

I think that wire goes to the starter motor. So wire 1 comes from battery and if start switch is closed it energizes the coil. Once coil is energized this closes the contact between 1 and 3 sending power to starter motor to start up bike.
