Throttle problems

I need a littel help after spending 5 hours fine tuning my Gas Gas.
When I acceleret my bike it work normel whit 1/3 of the throttle turned. And again at the last 3/3. But in the middle ( 2/3 ) the bike is just hanging there not accelerating at the same speed.

Any ideers
