Trailtech speedo broken or not working

soo i bought this speedo cheap but its not turning on its a vapormax trailtech i wonder if i could get it fixed even PARTIALLY even if its woring half of screen, i bought a new 2032 battery for it but still nothing not turning on not a flash no nothing tried pushing the menu button and keep 20 seconds but still nothing i wonder if i could get it working…

TrailTech is a pretty good company, I've sent a couple II's back to them to fix.

How could i get in touch with them and really get it fixed if i can ? I bought it second hand and i dont think they can get it fixed
