;) Now that you can get nuetech tubliss in 18",I am thinking about using
it with a trials tire on the back.Has anyone tried this.?
Are there any problems with slow leaks?

The 18" is now available?? This is the exact combo I'm going to try up here in our New England rock gardens. Can't wait.

Im dumb or have been under a rock or something ....... whats a nuetech ?? I run a trials tire on my bike , a Dunlop 803 to be exact and i run a heavy duty tube with 9 to 9.5 psi, oh and the all important 2 rim locks. Now whats a nuetech ?? Is this some kind of rim sealer for the spokes?

Been looking at the Tubliss for a while.

Just waiting for somebody else to try them and hear reports back. And for my mousses to fall apart.

What the minimum pressure you can run in them, can you go down to 3 PSI ? like for trials riding ?

I think my tire would go flat 50 miles from the truck and I would be SOL. You guys test them out for a few years before I buy some.

As far as low pressure I can't see why not. The TUBliss is pumped to a very high pressure which holds the tire bead tight to the rim even if the actual tire has next to no air. Testers who have use it and flatted a tire report sometimes they didn't even realize it and the tire holds tight.

I plan to try it in my New England rocks and enduros with a Mitas trials tire at 6psi which has been the recommended pressure for this tire. I have been in e-mail contact with Jeff at Nuetech a few times and hopefully will be able to get my hands on a set from the first production run of the 18 and 21" sizes.

If your worried about getting a flat 50 miles from the truck just bring an extra regular tube. That's what you would have done anyway correct???

If it works as well as advertised and the testing has gone I think it will be a great product. I don't mind being a guinee pig tester.

I like the looks of these things. I wish there were more detailed pics on their website.

I saw the "available in 60 days" note on the 18" and 21" sizes... 60 days from when?

(their website could use a little work)
