What are you thankful for?

I was recently reminded of how much good thankfulness does - more than I know. So I thought I'd practice.

I'm really thankful for the bikes, how much fun I have with them, and I am thankful for the fun that happens on this forum.

Beyond that, there are things like - I am thankful that my daughter, who was born with a hole in her heart (open heart surgery), an extra toe, and head tilt at 45 degrees is doing so well - she is six now and doing just fabulously, no issues!

How about you?

I'm gonna avoid the emotional ones...Glad I didn't tip over in one of the many trail lakes, while riding, today. One crossing had water midway up my boots(while on the pegs).

I am thankful to God for this great country for my wife for my family for my job for my community for my gifts for my gg 300 sic dayz.

At the moment i'm not feeling very thankful for anything (injured and bored) but you have just slapped me. I am thankful for my wife and the breath that lets me carry on and have fun. The future!

Thankyou!

I spent the day in Ortley Beach, a Jersey shore town that was ground zero for Hurricane Sandy. Helped a couple friends empty their trashed beach house. The devistation is unbelievable, pictures do not do it justice. Its like marshall law in a war zone down there. While I feel for those people, I'm thankful we got through it safely.

I'm kind of late to the "party". I just spent the last week in Tucson with all the kids and grandkids, playing golf and eating good. I am thankful for all of my family and friends. While I was in Tucson, I had a chance to meet a forum member off of KTMTalk. Him and I have disagreed on most every thing except Bubba Stewart...both of us thinks he's overrated. We disagree on politics and 4stroke vs. 2stroke vehemently. But we met, had a couple of beers, had a bunch of laughs and got along great and I consider him a good friend.

So I am thankful for this great sport that has provided me with so much enjoyment and the ability to meet so many great people.
