I had a bit of a fall on my gg300 over the weekend and squashed my footpeg a bit I think i will be able to straighten it a bit but i think in the long run it will be better to go with aftermarket pegs, as most websites do not deal with GG parts what common brand fits the GG 2010's is it the same as the yammi WR's?

Was for an 07 300, my mates wr 450f peg and pin was a straight swap.
Cheers Mark

me to, i bought a set of fastway f6's off of ebay for a yz-250 and got them for 49.99. if you buy them for the gasgas there 139. its crazy the price difference and the set i got also came with an extra set of f5 pegs. ill look and see if there are any still available

yup there is one dealer selling for 59 bucks or best offer and another for the new evolution series 3 pegs for 59.95! pretty sweet deal

thanks so just need to order for current yz250 ... 2t or 4t or is there no diff?

unfortunately i cannot order off e-bay, need to bulk my orders from mxsouth to make the shipping costs less significant. The shipping for one set of pegs off e-bay will be about $50

any yz250 or 250(wr) four stroke i just bought the yz250 2 stroke pegs but most of the listings include all yz's and wr's as theyll fit all of them. hope you can get a good deal on them, my local dealer sells them for 159 canadian i couldnt believe the price difference!

You should look at PivotPegz PP-35MK2.
I have them on my Husky 510. Like them so much I bought a second set for my WR125, took them off when I sold it and now they are on my XC300.
Love em.

I too have pivot pegs suited to yamaha yz wr etc.Best buy for the bike yet.
Cheers Mark

Not much wider than stock, maybe a few mm. Not like Fastways which IMO are too wide. They rotate only a few degrees F&R and return to center, but it makes more of a difference than you would think. One of those things that sounds perhaps like a gimmick but turns out to be a good product.

they sound like a different idea i would also like to try, but for me i do like an oversize platform as standard pegs i dislike very much. ill have to keep an eye out for a used set to try them out. sorry for asking all these questions 2 swazzi not trying to jack your thread.

thanks for the info, now to decide which i go for! quite like the idea of the arched pegs

I have heard too many conflicting views about the pivot pegz that i would like to try them out before i buy them, seems like they are a bit like marmite, you either love them or hate them

One thing i noticed that the std gas gas pegs have the corner missing on the right peg so that it can fold up and not hit the rear brake pedal (although the stop is not right and it still hits the pedal). does this mean i will need to modify the yamaha pegs?

GasGas footpegs are notorious for hitting things when they fold. Maybe they fixed it on the later models but my 2003 will foul with the standard pegs as well as aftermarket. I have used PivotPegz and liked them. Only problem I found was the pivot wore quite quickly but that will vary according to your terrain. I live in the UK (wet) and a sandy area so it can get quite nasty.

My vote for the 'arch' pegs got a set of sunline ones on my 450, they are excellent and they dont tear up the souls of your boots like some other pegs do.

Is wet here too. Frequent cleaning/regreasing and new orings(every few rides) solves that problem. The orings are small and fragile and if cut on install let crap in the pivot. I bought a bulk bag of orings, and it only takes a few minutes. My pivots are fine after two seasons now.

I think i have decided on the moose ss pegs. They look pretty sturdy are 55mm wide and slightly arched. Also they seem to take into consideration the brake pedal on foldup

Liked the sunlines too, but they were a bit pricey (i am currently replacing my boots and helmet so trying to be a bit ecconomical) generally found most reviews and forums were undecided between the IMS pro pegs and lightspeed pegs then very contradicting reviews about the fastways/rocstompa type of pegs regarding mud and wet weather
