What stator will fit my EC 300 2005?

As the question above says, is there somebody who can identify what stator i have by these pictures?
The bike is a 2005 EC 300.
I believe it might be the 2k3 or some trailtech stuff. I did the same mistake like others here on the forum to buy the small stator.

This is the one i baught:

Does any of these fit?

http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/acatalog/G147-RR17.html

or

http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/acatalog/G142_-_Generator.html

Both of these have new stator backplate, so it doesnt need to fit the old stator backplate.

The only differece I see is the amount of coils in the stator, mine has 8 coils including ignition coil, but all of these have 11 coils including ignition coil. So iam worried it wont fit the flywheel because the dont state dimensions on these.

Greatfull for any answers!

Cheers from Sweden!

I would steer away from the electrex ones. they sound promising but I have several friends who bought these for their KTM's and had issues with them and ended up having to get something else it may be better to start elsewhere. Trailtech are good, they are made by Rickystator I believe. Look that site up and email them questions direct. They usually get right back to you and are very good with answers.

Here is the way I see it:

http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/cgi-b...ml#aL46#aL46
Replacement for stock 2K3 (large flywheel)
Should be correct for your EC

http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/acatalog/G147-RR17.html
High output 3 phase unit with 3 phase reg/rectifier
For EC models

http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/acata...Generator.html
Replacement for stock 2K2 (small flywheel)
For DE models

You should have no problems with the quality of these UK manufactured parts. Some years ago, there was a company that copied the designs and had knock-offs made in China. The quality was very bad and because the company name was similar, the UK folks got a bad rap. If I did more night riding, I'd buy the 3 phase unit.

Also you shouldn't have to worry about the number of coils/posts. That relates more to how they are wound and the wire gauge that is used. The posts are machined to the correct diameter that provides the right air gap for the flywheel.

I'm only talking about a few months ago. May be a different company but they are going by the same name in the US and ship out of that area. You may have luck. I'm just letting you know. But stay away from 3 phase conversions. And just google search the name or search them on Advrider or Ktm talk. I apologize if I have the wrong company.

Hi again!
Problem solved and i got spark yesterday. I ended up buying a brand new from a guy nearby for 60 euro!

here it is
http://www.electrexworld.co.uk/acatalog/G145-RR58.html

Now i just need to buy a rec/reg for 3-phase and the HID/battery is on:)

I measured both ac / ignition coils and FUI they were ~1-2 ohm and ~20 ohms.

Is it okay to keep the ac coils "unloaded" and just use the ignition for a while without damages? Thought of over voltages or something...?

Thanks guys!
