Where exactly to connect tacho?

to the coil to get a pulse? That black/yellow wire waiting is for that purpose? Thanks in advance.. noob here, first post, show mercy EC300/2009 EU

No.The white/blue wire is the one you want to hook into for a tacho/hour meter.It's the low tension pulse wire coming from the cdi under the seat.
Some guys wrap the tacho wire around the high tension wire(sparkplug lead) to find a pulse.
Both ways are ok and work.
