Where to order parts = Ohlins rear shock, USA

A friend of mine with a 98 EC300 is in need of parts for his Ohlins Rear Shock.
He did a cleaning, changed oil and had a shop re-charge with nitrogen.
Put it back on the bike, and no rebound damping. He thinks there is
something sticking within the rebound rod.?
He would like to do the work himself. Seems suspension shops can get
the parts but won't sell them to him directly. They want the work.

My friend doesn't want someone to do the work. He wants to be
able to buy the parts and do the work himself.
I forwarded the info to him. It will be up to Mark to follow up.
