WTB Metzeler Six Days Front and Rear Tires

Is the Hard Compound a soft terrain tire?

I believe it's a desert tire, I had asked my local dealer for a new six day's front and this is what I received. The tread pattern is much different.

That is what I thought. While I checking the hard compound application, I saw that metzeler coming out with a new 360 Model.
