im really not sure about a race bike

I would not hesitate at all on buying a bike that has been raced, especially Curt's. I've seen it and it is clean!

A bike that has been race is maintained to the highest degree, last thing you want is a dnf due to bike failure.

thanks for the advice! 4 months ago bouht 06 ec 250 for my youngest kid was ex race bike looked good in pics was just ok when i picked it up 1 hr into 1st ride clutch started to slip. took it apart found it was fixed to sell!!!$500.00 later we had a bike to ride! but thanks again and in general i agree with you & you guys on this fourm are the best love our bikes and new friends
