Hey Corey, i have a 38mm cast Smartcarb that I finally had a chance to install this weekend. The bike (11 EC300) started up after about 6 kicks and idled. I took it down the driveway a couple times and seemed good, geared up and went for a short (5 mins) ride and the bike ran fairly good. Came back to the house to lock it up while I went for a ride and the bike would not restart. Tried until I was exhausted, tore bike down, pulled plug(wet), checked for spark, removed carb to check float height (difficult to read accurately 18mm from top I think) re-assembled everything and still wouldn't fire.. moved the bike to shed and tried once more and sounded like it wanted to go, kicked again and it fired up. Went for a ride and bike felt good until I pulled into a friends house and the idle went really low and died..... would not start again for the life of me and after an hour of trying ended up pushing the bike home. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting this?

Sorry for disturbing the usual question: i I placed my pre-order on februar 18 this year for a 38 cast model, and sent a paymant too. I emailed stevetutt@powerapt.com on febr 20 and the info@powerapt.com on februar 27, 2014 to find out a potential shipping date and have not received a response.

Would you give me an estimated date to delivery?
