Thanks for the tip!
Gasser,
Thanks for the sprocket info. I just ordered 2 - 48's and 2 -50's! They
limit you to 2 per customer per size but that is a great deal. I've never heard of this brand though, has anyone tried them?
Thanks.
Tom
Keep up the great work!
We are still getting tons of views and a lot of replies to this post! Amazing!
THE MOST AMAZING part of it though is that GasGas corporate in Spain is actually watching and reading the posts!!! I received an email from Dale (US Importer) that Spain had emailed him and...
Colton,
The 200 is great for singletrack, it feels lighter and more flickable.
It is lacking bottom end however that the 250 has. FMF makes a pipe
for the 200 that is very quiet and boosts the lower end if you decide on
that one. Condition is of prime importance, how many hours? How...
Steve,
A customer of ours installed one just before our last AMRA race and it
came through at an amazing 84db! He said there is no power loss either.
Great job from FMF!
Tom
Glen,
Actually Dale is working with the EPA and DOT as we speak on the other
2 4-stroke bikes (EC450 and EC515) and we should to be good to go relatively soon. Dale will have to run the EC250 through them for testing when we receive our 1st one but we shouldn't have a problem and Dale has...
WOW! Amazing Responses!
Hey guys,
Thanks for all of your responses! You have no idea how much this helps GasGas to make the decision to build them or not. At first I was on the fence because I didn't like the idea of a Japanese motor in a European bike.
To me it's like Mercedes putting...
Go For it!!!
Mark,
My first GasGas was an '01 EC300 and it was what sparked my passionate
love affair with the brand and especially the 300! I would still own it if a
good friend of mine didn't beg me to buy it so many times I gave up! He has
about 15 motorcycles and several of them...
Thanks for being the 1st to post a reply!
Glenn,
What part of the U.S. are you from? I should have stipulated that in the
original post because we are trying to get an idea of where these bikes will
be going and how many of course. What I'm concerned with is that when
the GasGas Reps...
Hey all,
I received an email yesterday from Dale (US Importer) regarding a
new 4-stroke EC250 with a Yamaha engine. Spain needs to know what the
market is in the US before they proceed. We would appreciate any input
that you can give regarding this bike. Here is a partial copy of...
The perfect GPS for off-road bikes!
Well, that being said I don't think there is a perfect GPS for off-road but
there are some really good ones. I've done alot of research on them and
I've decided on the Garmin 60CSX. They run about $250 to $300 new and
seem to hold their value well...

GasGas - 237# vs KTM - 220#
What I can't figure out is how the KTM is listed as 220 in the review which is lighter that the actual dry weight listed on KTM's website at 221.34 and the GasGas comes in at a whopping 237 when the dry weight is 216. (They are shipped Forward Air and they...
