same thing happened on my 04 ec200 and I didn't have any problem backing out all of the stuffer bolts, puttying loctite on them, and tightening them back in.. so easy I'll definitely check them when it's time to put a top end on my 17 ec300.

Has anybody ever tried an SPI piston in their ec 200? They have 62.5mm pistons available for various Polaris and Ski-Doo snowmobiles but I have not been able to find any specific information about the exact sizing and what not. Any input would be appreciated.

I myself wouldn't bother with the Marzocchi 45's at all. A set of Showa or KYB twin chamber forks with triple clamps and front wheel can be found for what it costs to buy springs and a revalve for the Marzocchis, and either the Showas or KYBs will work way better, be easier to get parts for, and...

I'm 3 for 3 using a seal mate.. on my cousin's bike the seals were so packed with dirt I used the seal mate without opening the air bleeders first and it pushed a lot of oil and enough of the crap out to stop the leaks..

Looks cherry! Mine looks like crap but it does the job well.. I used Showas from an 06 rm250.. spent $40 having the stock upper clamp bored out and bought new lower fork protectors and that was about it..
