Newer front fender?

What year did the front fender mounting change on the ec250 I have an 01 and am wanting to upgrade to the newer style fender what's the newest I can use and can't I use a kx250 front fender iv heard 94-98 but I have read that an 07 kx250 fender bolts right onto a 98 kx250

I installed a generic Yamaha front fender on my 2001, I just had to drill a couple of new holes to mount it. It didn't line up perfectly, but it was close enough that it looked just fine.

No pics, sorry, as I sold the bike a number of years ago.

Any 4 bolt front muddy will do. Look at what acerbis and similar brands have to offer. eBay "universal front mudguard Mx" or something like that

You can upgrade it to the 2015 fender as long as you get the new fender mounting plate.
