Is the 02/03 computer the same one as on the 05?

No the 02 and 03 are more advanced and harder hitting as far as I know. But they will fit on.

The computers are the same but are mapped differently. Whether they are "harder hitting" I do not know. I will sell you one cheap and you can find out for yourself. I will pm you.

Where are you located? I might be interested in the forks and triple clamp. Do you have the axle, spacers and bearings also. I have a 1998 ec250 do you know if the brembo caliper will bolt on? I also have a W.E.R under clamp over fender steering stablizer I asume that would still work with the newer forks .

I need a left side radiator to fit a 2000 xc250, it has the cap. Let me know if you have one. also master and slave clutch or whole hyd clutch setup.
