2002 gasgas xc250

I have a xc 250 two stroke
*brand new top end (still needs broke in) *update- I have been riding the bike and it is broke in has about 4 hours on it. I was running rich and going to get it rejetted but was told old air filters will richen it so I put a new air filter in it and now it is running lean. I was told it will be 45 dollars to rejet it.
*new rear brakes
*all the bearings were greased
*all new top end gaskets
*new chain
*new uni air filter
a lot of extra parts
*frame, subframe, front and rear rims and tires, two expansion chambers, second bottom end that needs rebuilt , swing arm, extra radiators, extra plastics and two headlights , second pair forks, triple trees and a bunch of small parts
this bike has a lot of top end and bottom end power,
wanting to trade for a cr or yz 250 2 stroke, 450f or 1700obo could throw cash on top for the right deal
