'14 xc250e, modify power delivery?

I have a brand new 250, that is possibly the sexiest bike I've ever seen. (it's totally stock, except some basic armor).

Can anyone help me out here? I bought this bike to be my hillclimber bike. While I feel the power on this motor is adequate for my use, I'd love to modify the power deliver a little bit. It is quite racey. fair bottom, decent mid, great top. I have a small bore I'm still going to ride on a regular basis, so I'm hoping to tune this bike for a little stronger bottom end. Any suggestions?

Anyone played with the power valve?

Different pipe?

Jetting is VERY close. Bryon @ BMP is sending me a new needle that might be the cherry on top...

Thanks for your input!!

I'd start playing with the pv tension. Easily adjustable.
Shorter gearing will give it more pull down low, but more up top too. Might be busy on the gears.
Head mod improves efficiency and gives a decent spread of power across the whole rpm range.
PV spacer for lhs cover. Should be able to increase the volume for more off bottom chuggability.
