This is all we got in the STICKY for a 200

Bike year & model = 2003 EC200
Temperature (degF) = 68 - 100
Elevation (feet) = 1300 – 2500 ( roughly varying )
Main jet = 178
Pilot jet = 48
Needle & notch = N3HJ - 2
Air screw setting = 2 3/4
Throttle valve/slide = 5

yea i looked but found no 200 info but thank you for posting what youve found....ill keep looking at this thread just in case someone just hapens to reply with stock jets and needle number,,

Let me look when I get home, I have my stock jetting spec'd from my 99 EC200, not sure if GG changed jetting spec's over the years or not.

Did you mention what year the 200's are?

We've got an '05 DE 200 with the variable ignition map, running an FMF
Gold Series pipe w/ Power Core II silencer / SA. We use NGK BR8EV plugs

We ride mostly tight woods at an elevation of approx. 500 -1500 ft above sea level.

After MUCH trial and error we settled on a # 40 pilot, LTR needle / clip
in the 3rd(?) position from the bottom and a 175 main (a 172 main will also work quite well).
The bike runs clean and crisp down low and doesn't starve for fuel on top.

Note: we usually run our ignition on the "Rain" setting.
