2000 EC300 clutch basket

just to give an update i fixed the clutch basket problem but the knocking sound stayed so i took it to a bike shop for repair, cant really afford it what the hell i cant fix it so better get someone who can, anyway had a call off them & they said the woodruff key on the right side of the crank was heavily worn & damaged

i'll check that one aswell! i have the same kinda noise.
allways thought it was from the clutch basket because my could move the same as yours.

how you checked the woodruff key yet?

bike is back from the shop & is running faultless, they even set the fueling for me as they said it was running a little rich & what a diffrence!!! couldnt thank them enough
