2003 EC 250 countershaft leak

I have replaced the seal, collar, o ring, and made sure the sprocket has no laterial or axial play. still drips if park on stand. slight leak when riding.
Have replaced everything 2x, still same ...
Anyone run into this ?

Did you replace both O-rings?

What sprocket are you running? Sometimes there is not enough axial compression force on the collar to seal the orings. This is very common on KTMs but can happen on GGs too. Shim the sprocket to the collar to tighten this up, it will likely fix it. You can find shims at mcmaster.com.

Yes, o rings have been replaced. I'll try to shim out any play..
