Millenium tech charged $175 last year for a Honda CR250R replate. Cost depends on the severity of the damage to the existing plating.

300 Cylinder

The only thing wrong with the cylinder is the plating is wore thru to the aluminum. It will be a simple re-plate and not have to be rebuilt. Hope this helps.

JEREMY GAS GAS changed the brakes in 2000 or 2001. If the 03 brake assembly is different from your 2000 bike I have a 99 rear brake that will work. The 99 bikes had Brembo brakes and the 2001 and later bikes have Nissin. Look on your caliper to see what you have.
