Ressurected this bike, was in storage for many years and was parked with low hours. Changed all fluids and rode the heck out of it for several months with no issues. Now the clutch lever barely disengages clutch when pulled all the way in, clutch engages with the clutch lever almost at the bar. Not sure what adjustment may be needed, there is no external slave cylinder adjuster on this model and I cant find the manual for it on Rekluse website (the "Core EXP manual on there refers to adjusting free play gain with the external slave which I dont have). Any ideas? Should I try bleeding the clutch or do the internal bits need some kind of adjustment?

I had the same issues, clutch lever almost touching the grip before it would engage. Freeplay gain is adjusted with Allen bolts internally on the early Rekluse. I never really got mine to my liking and went back to manual. I think a bleed and some adjusting might help. Also you can adjust the lever to maybe get it to engage earlier, but I’m pretty sure that will be minimal.
