Has anyone had their clutch cover gasket leak? Is a Rekluse cover the solution? or will a new gasket sort it for a while? I see lots of people put a new cover on, but is it the gasket that fails or is the plastic cover not up to the job?
Any help will be welcome from here in the uk!
cheers people.

The plastic cover tends to get warped ---- bad design. And then leak.

Rekluse one's are great. But I too still had a very small leak. I then read compared the OEM to the Rekluse. Where the bolts go through the Rekluse the thickness is less then the OEM, therefore causing the bolts to bottom out in the engine case. 2 options here is to either put a washer on the bolts or use shorter bolts. I used the the shorter bolt method. NO LEAKS!!!!

Thanks for the reply! Have found a uk website that do Gasser Rekluse covers so will get one ordered up when i get paid next month and sort out some shorter bolts.
Thanks.

I'm having the same problem on mine right now, i'm going to have to find a new cover.

Make sure bolts arent bottoming first. They cut it very close. ie too long by one or two threads.
