2012 EC300 swingarm rubbing rear master cyl

Hi every one

Have just brought a 2012 EC300 racing with 30hrs on the clock

The rear brake master cylinder is rubbing n the swing arm... whats the most common way to repair this? looks like factory have stuffed this one up and i have also seen others the same so not like it has taken a hit towards the swingarm

Can you remove the master cyl. and bend the tabs away from the swing arm?
Do you think it was this way from the factory? I know of one other forum member who had the same issue.

Mine was fine from the factory, but I dropped it at a rock run and bent the master cylinder mount tabs. put a nice gouge in the swing arm by the end of the race. I just took a pry bar and straighten the tabs with the m/c still attached. I could easily see it happening again.

Thanks hamilton.. was a little worried that the tabs were brittle and would snap but ill give it a tweak
