2012 handle bars?

Ok,
Today I managed to bend the bars on my 2012.
I was just wondering if anyone has removed a perfectly good set of 2012 standard bars to put something else on and would be willing to sell them?
Also , what are the standard bars anyway?

Thats what I'd assume. I have the same model/bend Renthal Twinwalls on both my bikes.

How do they compare with the stock bend and what do they cost?

Never ridden/owned a stock pair. The Renthals are stiff! Sweet FA flex. I run mine without the crossbar and they're still stiff!

The stock ones that came on my 2012 300 are
McGrath 603 bend

I hated how stiff they are and went to the Renthal Fatbar which is braceless (no crossbar). And this is IMHO but I notice less fatigue and a lot less vibrations. Without that crossbar it allows the bars to actually "flex". Plus it makes for a cleaner open look and I can see my GG trail tech computer even better!!

The Race models, Nambos etc all came stock with the Renthal Twinwalls. The E-start models etc came with Hebo bars. The US of A negotiated a particular build, which may have included the Renthals.

Stus right! Still as! Vibe like mofos! I'm just too cheap to swap them! Bright side, they are STRONG!

They look alright mate but I managed to get a set of Pro taper Windham bend .
These are as close to stock as I can get. For the record , I have been told that stock ones for the S3 brand.

That's what I use, Wyndham/rm mids, I cut 10mm off each end, a good bend I reckon. The twin walls are like holding a jackhammer.

Just got the bars and checked them next to the standard bars

Little bit of a bend in the originals but the good side looks similar.



Have actually fitted them up also cutting 10 mm off of each end.
Good feel so far , not ride tested till tomorrow.

Hey Jake - stupid question, but do you know if the '11 Six Day's model also came with the Twinwalls? I'm pretty sure mine did, but I'm at work and the bike's home...can't look at it...lol.

Need to get some bark busters and want to make sure I order the correct part.

Mine did.
