2012 NEPG Series.

I love it....all within12 hours of ky if I drop LA and WY....we figured it out and it will run us 200-225 each if we carpoolto do the whole series..what a deal...

Off we go

Being from TN - this is a great schedule. I bet every round sells out except for maybe WY. Gonna have to be on the ball to get an early row.

no ohio or ny this year either. makes them pretty far away for me. i'll do a couple - some friends are wanting to fill more lines with wv riders, so i think i've been volunteered :)

last year the TX race at ltr was bad hot and windy.. like you were in a blast furnace..a buddy of mine riding his first enduro...... heat stroked out and was in the er for a few days..
they shortned the course i was told, but it was brutal..
over 100 and 30 to 40 mph winds..nasty..
back pre injury days, LTR was my fav enduro.. neat place..

The PA race is great. This time I won't wait for my buddy and miss the entry cap.

One of my riding buddies is from PA.
He said the rocks are the size of 5 gallon buckets, strewn all over the trail.:(

That is like my home turf too, actually home is worse since all the rain. 5 gal bucket size rocks, but on a steep slope! Working on some videos to show you. Crossfork is the least rocky run in PA, no big rocks to speak of. Michaux and Moonshine are the real punnishers, with Michaux very much like my local stuff. The old Ridge Run Enduro, that used to run not far from me in North NJ, was a tough one too, before the DEP greenies killed it:mad:.

I kinda figured they were going to drop the Texas race. The conditions are so opposite of east of the Mississippi. Too bad - it was nice having a couple venues west of the Mississippi. It's a shame racers from the east, mostly the pros, didn't want to deal with the different challenges. I know if I had to race the deep muddy roots and rocks of the east, I wouldn't find many sympathetic ears if I said it was too brutal.
