Howdy, just replaced the front linkage bearings and noticed the bush is pretty galled ( if thats the right word). The bearings fell out, as in the needles, the cages were a PITA to remove. Anyhoo, GG aus dont have any, nor do motocrosscentre.
It measures 85x22 OD by 14ID ( well, it does with my crappy micrometer)
Any idea?

Bend over and hold your heels mate...

I went through this some time ago..

Ref. BF30000024512 - 2013 to 2017 model, front bushing for the linkage with the U (dog bone) shape. The 2012 and 2013 E-start use a 2 piece linkage which attaches to the frame like the earlier models.

I tried to order the following bushing back through Jeff Gleeson a while back. Got sent the wrong bushing.. followed up. Went back and forwards for months with it on back order etc.

In the end he sold me the whole assembly (Ref. BF30000014512CT) including bushing, seals, bearings, etc for a very reasonable price.

I had contacted after market suppliers who didn't have anything in that size either.

Surely motocross centre can get them direct from the factory.. I'm not sure if the 2018 models have the same linkage bushing, and if not I don't know how many more will be available. Might be worth while grabbing a few if you can source them (or have them made). I'd probably grab one off you too.

My dogbone is one piece. I looked at later models and the part is in stock.mJust the 50 euro postage that's the issue!( for a 10 euro part. I might see if the bushes that came with the Prox kit I bought might be useable ( just gotta check the OD and ID.)
Thanks again!

OK the bush is actually 93mmx 22mm OD with an ID of 14mm ( the bolt is 13.8mm ). The bushes with the Prox kit are same OD and ID but about 54mm long.
So I got the grinder out.
Back together and seems OK.Obviously not as good as a single one but I've got a few spare bearings and I'll keep an eye on it. The original bush was well flogged out.
I'll get the right one when I buy some other stuff from motocrosscentre.

Good work around mate. I don't think the bone has any steps in it either. Could probably sneak a 3rd bearing into it if you felt you had to as well.

Let me know if you do an order. I'd definitely grab one from you.
