2022 ex 250f number plate leades

Have been looking over my new bike and found a few connections behind the number plate. One is black and has a termination end and the other is red and is left open to elements. Any where I can find wiring schismatics? Also would like to install an hr meter if any info out there.

Sorry but this forum is dedicated to the pre-KTM buyout GasGas bikes and Reiju. I suggest checking on one of the KTM forums as they are basically the same bike.
