Also, where do you get your spring from for your sachs shock?
Here in the UK, it seems impossible. Can you fit a ohlins or showa spring?

ohlins spring should fit i would think (i have a 5.4 sachs shock on my ohlins..) i'm 200lb in gear and 5.4 is perfect.

You would probably need a 5.6 at that weight,i have this spring in my 07 300 with .46 fork springs. I am about the same weight as you.
By the way i am fairly sure a kyb spring will fit your sachs shock.
