I have a brand new 260 mm disc that was for my 2001 EC300. It also fits my 2007 EC300. IF you need it let me know. I bought it as a spare from Jim Cook when he ran Smackover Motorsports back in the day.

I did something similar on my old 06 EC200. Swapped in a KYB fork from a Yamaha with 250mm brake disc. I ended up making a bespoke 250mm brake disc (by water jet cutting).

I suggest you look into that option. Water jet cutting (or laser) cutting is a cheap and simple process if you are able to find someone to do it. I did the drawing myself and just delivered the drawing to the cutters. They cut the disc from 4mm stainless steel (I think the quality is called 304).

It looks like that one only fits the Austrian bikes (red, Orange, blue and White)?

You are right! I apologize for the mistake. That Tusk rotor was only for KTM born Husqvarna and GG.

Galfer has a 270mm rotor listed on their website. PN: DF677FRS

It's pretty expensive!
