300 from a 250

Sorry guys I don't mean to repeat but I need a list of parts for upgrading my ec250cc to a 300cc engine. I believe it to be fairly straight forward. right?? No fancy stuff just a new cylinder, piston and head. Let me know if anyone has done this. I like my 250 but would like the torque of a 300. With out buying a new bike.
