300 motor in 200 rolling chassis?

Need some feedback on the feasibility of replacing the entire motor in my '05 DE200 with an '05 or '06 300 motor. My understanding is that the bottom end on both engines are identical, as are the radiators and hoses.
Will the mounting points in the frame be the same on both bikes?
Obviously, I'm aware the the pipe / silencer would be different and likely the CDI box as well. How about the secondary ignition coil? Will the pipe brackets be the same? Have I overlooked anything?

Why do I want to do this? The bike I've got is set-up with Ohlins at both ends (custom valved by LTR for the current rider). It also has the shoulderless Dirt Star rims. I doubt I could get my hands on a comparable 300 - and would probably still be looking at a full set-up routine before
the bike was as completely personalized as the chassis I've already got.

This is an idea I'm just playing with at this point, so all feedback, both pro and con , will be welcome.

Thanks for the feedback - and for validating my own reasoning.
Does anyone know whether the 300 motor uses a different CDI box than the 200 motor (in '05 & '06)? My CDI unit is a dual map version.

FYI, while the 300 motor will bolt up fine, its not the same internally.

The 200 CDI should be different, and I suspect the 300 will be an animal with it. Thats how it used to be with the older bikes.

Had an e-mail conversation with a rider that did the same thing (motor swap).
He indicated the wiring harness (at least that portion of it that connects the ignition to the CDI box) is different on the 200 v. the 300.

Some illumination on this issue would be much appreciated.

BTW, the first thing I'll need to do is find a good '05 or '06 300 motor
with exhaust and CDI components. Any help?
