hi looking at the users manual to see what the compression and rebound adjustments are top or bottom and it says there all on the top lol

is the top screws compression and the bottom rebound

cheers grant

Rebound at the top.
Compression at the bottom.
This is the typically orientation for open chamber forks, which the 45 Marzocchi forks are.

Slower rebound you screw in.
Screwing in provides more damping, either more compression dampening or more rebound dampening.

Stock?
Not off the top of my head, if you just put it in the middle of the range you'll probably end up close to stock. But between 8 and 12 clicks from full in sounds familiar from when I was using 45 zokes.

AFAIK from the manual i found it is 10 clicks for rebound and 12 clicks for compression.
