50mm zoke rebuild

I have the 50mm forks on my 07. In the last 6 monthes some of the black coating had started to wear off. The seals have been weeping a little as well. I am going to order new wipers and seals will I likely need bushings as well? Anyone used any of the snergy products and if so do you like them? Who besides Gofasters stocks zoke parts and sells them retail?

If you have a Husky dealer nearby, you might have some luck getting the parts from them as a lot of Huskys use the same forks.

p.s. It's normal for the nitride coating to wear off after some use - it's a very thin coating on the lower fork leg. Nothing to worry about.

Silly me, Tasky is just down the street. Jeff thanks for the insight on the coating. I think I will get the seals and wipers and then tear them down. I have never had aset of twin chambers apart, I am kinda of excited.

If you have Zoke TC forks, they are tricky to bleed. Dirt Bike Mag had a good tutorial on how to bleed them properly.
