About to pull the plug on a 2012 300, should the quirks keep me off?

This one is retrofitted with full TTX suspension, sachs stuff is in a box.

edit: Heading bit messed up. "pull" the plug ofc

If its setup for your weight with the TTX I'd go it. You'd probably be looking at respringing the 2013 and probably a revalve too for the 45 zokes. Straight up you're into in the cash.

How many hours and how hard was the work its done? If its looking like its had a haggard 6 months I'd be talking the price down some more. Extras very rarely make the bikes value increase, just improve the odds of moving it quickly at the right price.

So for the same price you can get

a 2012 with TTX front and rear, or
a 2013 with 45mm zokes and sachs shock.

Its a no brainer! Grab a set of the frame guards and shrouds of a 2013 and you'll be sweet as tits.

Still sittin at the dealer floor. Skid plate, radiator bracers, frameguards and bark busters are on the shopping list. Will be going over the 2012 threads to pick up any additional must-do's.

excited to say the least..
