Over some rides in the summer, felt again like the bike didn't respond down low....

Went with 1.5 turns out the powervalve which is half turn "torquier" setting from standard 2 position. Smiles back again. Power low and linear transition almost like suzuki needles. Haven't tested top power with this position and at this point know how to get some (>=2.5 turns, pointy engine as per manual) but was pleased with the result.

Seems like the adj valve works people, kind of like changing needle characteristics with the same setup. Still no head squish correction or the valve grinding thing but I guess both changes will maximize the results. Till I think of a way of manufacturing an external knob for adjusting the valve, I would love to share thoughts with other riders about the effect....

Does the adjustment alters :

1. the revs in the band where the valve opens? higher-lower?
2. how fast the valve will open but starting from the same rev position?
3. Both 1-2

The manual misled me into a fast-slow scale

It's just a spring preload adjuster, so it adjusts when it happens, speed will be affected but you are talking 10ths of a second
