Looks like ARR is ditching their GasGas'.

Found this on OffRoadChampions.com

"Airgroup Radiant Racing is excited to announce their 2012 National Enduro team: Shane Hufford from Honey Brook, PA (6th place last year), Paddy Holloway, hauling from Dyke, VA (250 A champion and 11th place last year) & Zach Ingram (Ft Smith, AR, 2nd place 250 A and 17th overall) ....all will be on Husaberg 250 2 strokes. "

Interesting announcement. I guess the honeymoon is over.

Interesting announcement, but who knows, besides the participants to the contract, what it really means?

You could read it as strictly business (perhaps Airgroup coordinates Husaberg freight as well), a team funding issue (KTM money flowing in to lock up the top ten), a rider preference issue (Hufford, Holloway, and Ingram were all KTM guys last year), an importer focus issue (regional results driving more sales than nationals) a personality issue (no returning riders from last year's team) or any number of other things.

Silly season sure is fun isn't it?

I will let Clay respond personally, but I know that the deal was shelved mutually for this year. ARRs team will be a lot smaller than last year. There will be no ARR Trailer at the races next year. The "Team" will consist of 3 guys running ARR decals on bikes that the riders paid for with their own money.

I dont think that 2012s arriving so late helped.

I think you will still see a ton of Gassers at the National Enduros next season.

2012 as a race bike could be risky

Most likely they didn't want to test out a new bike that hasn't been race proven. Can't say that I blame them, being a guinea pig for a new frame could be disastrous for a team and GasGas.
