That little insert you put in is CLASSIC!! My wife is Vietnamese, and that is so freakin true! She used to put s' (esses?) on the end of all sorts of words that didn't need it, then leave them off of all sorts of words that did. It was hilarious. Still is. But she doesn't do it anymore, or very rarely anyway.
