Thanks to jay and the dudes at SMW for great pre Chrissy work!

New 2015 300e start 115kgs/253lb full tank with lithium battery and 4mm rad braces. Ready to ride.

Interesting stuff. Screw top pwk ( with scary for race only sticker)
Virtually whole bike is covered in 8mm bolts. Much neater wiring especially behind headlight. Stronger looking shock mount area, nice stickers.

Quick blat round home, smoother torquey roll on, shock muuuuch better and feels good straight away. Forks are firm, can't say if they are different.

Starter is kick arse, the quickest touch and it's running. Full rundown after chrissy.

Also, front 55.5/122 kg/lb rear 59.5/131 seat is about as firm as my seat was with 75hrs so it will soften up nicely, biigger chunky foot pegs that look like s3 aftermarket ones, lower bar, Henry/Reed sorta, stiffer plastic bash-plate and the front brake is much firmer like the 2011s, rear brake still has slotted clevis which is an aquired taste imho, gearshifter now in correct jap style place as is brake.

Reiger only lsc, I emailed them and they sent me a parts list and exploded view which I will post up, the hell team send clients reiger shocks to the reiger factory for service as its a good deal with quick turnaround and they can get any part ( but not sure about dual adjuster as it differentiates models)

That'd be interesting to see. I quizzed them about buying the dual adjuster a while back. They weren't too keen although it may have been lost in translation that it wouldn't fit. HSC adjustment would be nice though.
The shock is a piece of piss to service yourself. Watch the bleed port screw, it can be bloody tight and the Allen head looks like it will strip easily

The shock body is different between the race and replica, when I work out how to I will post up the parts fiche/drawings pdf from my iPad.

Reiger has three different shocks they make. The race, replica and the factory. Prices start at $1200, 1500 to $2000. The factory is the cat's meow.
