Broken mounts
Had exactly this problem on my 06 EC300. First thing to check is that all of the other engine mounts are secure and the bolts are tight.
I released all of mine to see how well the motor sat in the frame, if you have more than say .2mm or 8 thou of an inch gap between the motor and the frame, then get this gap shimmed to within this tolerance, otherwise trying to pinch the motor into the frame will distort the frame in induce stress.
The aluminium mounts are likely to fail first as aluminium is far more prone to work hardening.
Vibration may be a part of the cause also, do you get a lot of vibration up through the bars? I had my flywheel balanced up, which helped with the vibes a lot.
