Hi there.

i fancy having a go at a h an h event. my first will hopefully be this weekend riding with the cotswold enduro club.

some tips would be nice. bike prep?

oh and is anybody else going?

I will probably be there - I do a lot of the CEC rounds.

Why not do Shuckbrough 25th May? - date and regs are on the front page - the course is fantastic - loads of woods, woods, and more woods.

Tips - if starting on the second row try not to park behind 2 strokes. If so I leave my bike ticking over and walk away from all the 2 stroke fumes - other people find it necessary to rev the cr@p out their bikes to warm them up.

If you can practice dead engine starts starting in gear (2nd) and get moving as quick as possible then this will help - most starts are dead engine.

Try to find a smooth fast speed to ride at you can't go flat out for 3 hours!
