I have checked the manual for chain tension and ajusted it correctly. Its 25 to 50mm behind chain guide. I still seem to have chain slap when I am riding slowly in a high gear. Please help

Yes it does!
I wouldn't be tempted to tighten it anymore though. Better a little loose than too tight.

Answer: Ride faster in lower gears. Haha. no but seriously this is a common problem and probably more so a issue in design. I haven't ridden a gasgas that does slap a little bit.

my '03 EC200 does this too and im pretty sure my friends 07 300 does it too when your going slowish in a high gear. i cant find anything wrong and it appears no one else can. i wouldnt stress about it

I think you will find most of the noise is coming from the chain guide slapping the swingarm. Once I glued mine down, All the noise stopped.
Use a glue called "Sikaflex" It's used to bond windscreens in cars, good stuff.
(Picture was taken whilst glue was drying, that's why there is a strap holding it down)
