Cracked fork caliper mount ?

Thats odd. Could it have been over torqued? Thats a clean part, not oil soaked like sand cast cases, so it should Tig nice. I'd have a competent welder look at it.
One thing I know for sure from experience, that art, the "foot", is probably not available separately from the fork leg, and even if it was its very tricky to remove without ruining it.

I bought the bike recently and keep uncovering things like this, the joys of second hand bikes !
I'm guessing its over torqued as the caliper hanger threads have been stripped so i'm looking for a new hanger also. One of the pinch bolts is also threaded so i'm guessing the previous owner was a bit of a heavy hand with the old spanners.

Bummer. I agree that it looks like its been over torqued too. My last bike was a bit like that. Finding stripped out parts. Bolts replaced with whatever was handy at the time.
Those allen heads aren't stock either so whoever's owned the bike previously has replaced the bolts. Theres evidence of a heavy hand at work on the front axel nut as well.
