Does a 2010 have the 'bad' impeller?

2010 300 EC.

1) Does it have the composite impeller that some times fails?

2) I am reading of milky tranny oil............ Is there a usual suspect when this occurs?

3) Tranny Oil-who is using what type? (I am a former Maxima Lite guy).

Didnt find much via Search.

Yes it is the plastic impellor on mine. I had a peak when my water pump shaft snapped. Milky tranny oil you say? Not good
